"Very positive experience. Ed at Ross Appliance assisted with additional knowledge on the refrigerator purchased. Complete explanation of the process for the purchase as well as following the purchase. Post delivery: delivery process was smooth. Very impressed with the app tracking of the delivery and knew exactly when they would arrive. Old fridge out no issue and new one in quickly. The water line I purchased was defective so they replaced it on the spot. Delivery guys were great…friendly, and answered questions quickly. I had prepped as much as I could by pulling the old fridge and removing my front door for access. They were greatly appreciative of my efforts (believe me it’s nothing compared to what those two guys did). It’s a huge fridge (29cuft) and a beast to handle. Total delivery and install was about 30 mins. Definitely would buy from them again!!!"

"We spent a lot of time at 4 different big box stores for a new microwave and range, but none of them came close to the having the knowledge that Ed at Ross Appliance did. The prices were the same (or even higher) at the other stores, and they didn’t give us the confidence that this shop did. There’s definitely something to be said for a specialized store where the salespeople are experts regarding their products. The delivery/installation process was also seamless. I loved the tracking system for the delivery, and the workers were professional and very kind.
