"Always an easygoing time at any Best Buy. Had a return that I got a family member as a gift, was able to return it due to the sound not operating correctly, traded up for a couple bucks more at checkout and was out the door in under 20 minutes."
"I used to love best buy but now they make it difficult to find the "Open box" bargains. The store has everything from phones, computers, electronics to dishwashers, vacuums, stoves, fridges, ect. You can find a nice bargain if you have time to look."
"I've been to this location a few times. Plenty of staff, but no one ever asked if we needed help. Maybe because it was right after the holidays, but the video game section was definitely bare. A lot of appliances to include smaller house hold items like hand mixers, blenders, kitchen aid mixers. Health and beauty aid items like hair dryers, straighteners, and even red light for skin care. I went here to have my automatic car starter installed. The gentleman was quick and very nice. I walked around the mall while he did the install. He called me to come pick up the care and walked me through using it. Definitely a very great experience and only took a few hours. Not too many Best Buys do installs."
"My husband bought me a new cellphone for Christmas, which was great! However, the salesperson didn't tell him that this new phone would need a new charger block. Up until recently, it seemed that the end of the cord that went into the block was basically universal!? We had to make another, unplanned trip to purchase the block, but overall this store is normally pretty on point."
"I walked and the team was extremely prepared for me. The attendant asked what I was looking for and he pointed the way. The sales personforthe deptartment I want walked up behind me and with a smile and lead to way...He helped me pick what I needed and offered to check me out so I wouldn't have to stand in the long line at the other registers. I walked in and was checked out in 15 minutes on Saturday December 23, 2023....now THAT is good service!"
