"Stopped in and talked to John Setz, the “Vice President”. Told him I wanted a stainless steel table for my dads pizza oven. He said he had one in the very building I was standing in, he’d have to get one of his guys to pull it out. John told me he would call me when my dad could look at it. After waiting over a week I called to see the status on this table. He said he must of sold it because he doesn’t have it anymore...okay...no big deal, well how much is a new one? Only $20 more. That’s fine. Told him I’d like to buy one but because of their store hours being 8-4:30 I’d like to come by on MY lunch break and pick it up (12-12:30) he told me “oh no you can’t come then, that’s my guys lunch break”. So obviously he doesn’t want to sell anything, business must be booming here, but it certainly won’t be with me."

Clubhouse Pizzeria:

"I have only purchased smaller items and replacement parts from TNT in the past. Shipping always fast and transactions easy. I have always checked there when looking for used equipment which was very specific. John never tried to sale me something I did not need and informed me on which direction to go in my search as well as telling me what to watch for in order not to make a bad purchase. This is a rarity in the food equipment business."

They do not allow returns or offer any type of replacement for damaged products. The owner does not return calls and was very unprofessional and rude when speaking with us. We will not, under any circumstances, do business with TNT again or recommend them to anyone we know."
