"Had some damage done to my bumper in a parking lot. Minor scrape scratches stopped in as I was going by to get an estimate. Didn’t mind if I had to wait, waited for one customer to finish their business. Told him I stoped in to get an estimate!!! he said you don’t have an Appointment .( Well excuse me I didn’t know I had to have an appointment,excuse me .I didn’t know I had to have an appointment, wouldn’t even talk about anything !! just very ignorant and rude. I wouldn’t let them work on my dog house, has terrible manners going elsewhere. And after reading the other reviews I’m glad I went elsewhere. If you can’t handle the job retire. Attitude is everything.!!!!!!!"

"I had work done on some minor damage to my CRV and was pleased with the work. I noticed that a piece of the plastic around the wheel well was loose. I called and spoke with the owner Denny who told me to stop by the next day so he could look. He examined the area and stated " I'm not fixing this, we don't use the type of glue in here". He then asked if I had the invoice (I did not) and when I suggested he could look me up he stated "I don't know how to do that". The owner of the company can't look up the invoice. Right. He then said he'd reglue it, but when I tried to set a date he said "just call me and we'll talk about a date". 1. I'm insulted that he assumed I would try to ask him to fix something his company didn't work on. 2. He was rude to the point of hostility. 3. I wasn't asking him to do the work for free, I was 100% planing to pay for the work!!! Don't give this unpleasant and unprofessional man your business."

"I'm not sure what kind of work is done there. There is a lot of things listed on the web site, but eveytime I go Pruni senior tells me that they don't do that work before I even finish my sentence. Dont fix rust. Ok Don't fix scratches. I don't understand. I know they have been in business for a long time but he doesn't look happy. It's a shame."
