"Complete disappointment. We brought our Mini in for a roof repair, and it was returned to us with a new problem - the airbag light on at the time of pick up. We expressed our dissatisfaction in a conversation with Tracy Yeager, service director, to no avail. We should have reviewed this dealership's ratings before giving them our business, as we apparently are not, by far, the only unhappy customers. Got my problem solved elsewhere for half the cost they quoted me. Do Not Take Your Car There. They do not care about their customers."
"Good and friendly people."
"One of the worst MINI service place we’ve experienced. Front desk won’t even bother to walk you into details when trying to get you change a part, and says “It’s important so you should think about it”. The dispatcher we talked to about scheduling also lack of basic phone call courtesy. The worst part is the service technician being unprofessional during the visit. Wouldn’t recommended to anyone, or even if you own a MINI, consider a service elsewhere or don’t get one."
"We have a 2023 mini SE, and we’ve taken it here twice already. Neither time, did they bother to charge the car at all. We also complained that the dashboard was squeaking, and the first time, they wrote us off saying it was a noise from stuff in the glovebox. They also didn’t bother to check the tire pressure, even though it had a light on when you start the car (the pressure was low because of the cold weather, so I’m not sure why they didn’t put any air in the tires), or maybe they did, but just ignored it? The worst part was when my husband picked up the car, it was MORE dirty than when we dropped it off! The photos are from the video the dealership uploaded at the beginning. If you look closely at the one, you can see a paw print from our cat that was on there when we dropped it off. When we picked it up, the tires were FILTHY as you can see in the video. What the heck?!"
