"The Collins is fantastic. I lived there for several years then recently moved to Logans Square to save a bit more money. Unfortunately, I had a myriad of issues with my new apartment and ended up leaving after 2 months. I knew The Collins was a great place to live so I reached back out to Dani and the team and they were nothing but gracious, helpful, and accommodating. They made my situation so much more bearable and Dani, in particular, made me feel like I was being listened to, respected, and cared for. She is truly so warm, likable, and genuine--one of the best assistant property managers here in the city. Although I wasn't able to move back to The Collins, I was able to snag a great apartment at Baums. Im truly so happy and grateful for the team at The Collins. They are worth every penny."

I lived in a different building in Philly and was interested in moving into the Collins once my lease expired. I toured a few times with Dani and spoke with her a ton of times over a month+ period. (I ended up moving away and did not have the chance to move into the building.) In all our communications, Dani responded quickly, was polite, energetic and trustworthy. I felt I was getting the whole truth with every question I asked. While I didn't end up with this building, my experience with how she runs things tells me it's easily a five star review."

From day 1, she was extremely responsive via email, always was flexible with anything we needed, and came to all conversations with a positive attitude and genuine want to help.
