The workers are nasty my car started smelling like cigarettes as if someone was smoking in here and one of the employees he name was Joe i believed tall guy. Rude and disrespectful always giving an attitude and even cursing up a storm. Needs to go!"

From getting everything in order/questions answered prior to my move-in (thanks, Brianna!), as well as the front desk staff during my moving day (esp Bill & Clint)—the Icon staff has been wonderful. Not only were the front desk attendants proactively helpful with providing building information/guidance for me, but they also helped with logistics when my movers arrived—And they couldn’t have been nicer! I’m happy to be settling in and loving my unit, as well as amenities throughout the building."

"4-Year Tenant signs another year. Staying at the ICON has been a absolute pleasure. I have lived here for 4 years and just renewed my lease. The building location cannot be matched. You are in the heart of the city and close to everything. 1 block from Rittenhouse square. Cali handles leasing and she is the best in the business. I have lived in 5 of the nicest condos in center city Philadelphia and none has compared Cali's responsiveness, professionalism and understanding of what it takes to keep the tenants happy. I highly recommend this building. Enjoy the beautiful rooftop and friendly staff."

"Going through my apartment search now, I don't want people to be turned off by inaccurate ratings. I loved this building- lived here in bschool with my 2 roommates. Lots of light, responsive management, nice front desk, great amenities. It's one of the nicest, more modern buildings you can live in in Philly. The only issue is that occasionally we had an issue with our sink, but they always responded to us, and everything else about the building is amazing."
