"I had a wonderful stay, marked by good customer service and the allure of beautiful, clean, and new rooms. The esthetic and calming ambience further enhanced muy experience. The restaurant and cocktails were delightful additions, and I particularly enjoyed the gorgeous view from my room. Would definitely stay here again!"
"We had a great experience. Check in staff was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and professional. Food at the hotel was good. Rooms were nothing special but clean. I would stay again."
"I love the Sheraton. This is my second time staying and it’s my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. There was a mistake booking my room online and they happily fixed it for me with no issues. When you stay on New Year’s eve they have a complementary glass of champagne in the lobby. The rooms are always clean and I swear they have the comfiest beds. I will always book here when staying in Philly."
"Started off strong with good desk service and a clean room! Went out the next day with the privacy hanger on our door because we didn’t want them to think we wanted them to clean our mess, however the sign was ignored and they came in anyways. Made the bed and threw out our trash, which was embarrassing. I think I left my underwear in the bed, I put the sign on the door FOR A REASON… :( Then we go downstairs for breakfast. (which is $40 for two people) You have to be sat down by a waiter, which is annoying and you have to tip them and get a service charge for something I’d rather do alone. Their breakfast options were sad. Big fancy plates and coffee served in mugs rather than the disposable cups which was disappointing as I wanted to bring a cup back to have at my room. Everything was dry, with only butter and jam as condiments. My boyfriend got excited when he saw a kid get pancakes as he’s a pancake lover. But the chef knew them. No pancakes or waffles for us. My coffee had lots of grounds in it. Disappointing. I did however enjoy the sounds of the elevators speeding up and down from our room. I described it as “ghostly ambiance” but I can see how this could be a problem for people who have trouble sleeping. AC and TV worked great."
"Been here a couple times, and the employees are amazing and very accommodating. The rooms are nice, but the room I had this last time, the bed had a weird slump in it and the A/C unit had a loud hum/rattle that provided a less than stellar nights sleep. Hotel is beautiful though and in an excellent location for downtown sights. If you have lounge access, the free breakfast was great! They offered plenty of breakfast fare."
