That's terrible, hiring honest people and not paying... pay what you owe to girls and men They all worked very well and are family men."

"This place advertises as “Luxury” but is is NOT. The roof is constantly leaking into our apartments causing water damage, the air conditioner system keeps breaking in this record heat. This is occurring throughout the building in many units. The management has been given ample time to make fixes however focuses on unnecessary projects rather then keeping the roof above our heads from falling apart. The building manager is attentive and helpful and so is general maintenance but there are HUGE issues that remain unaddressed."

Especially love the floor to ceiling windows and the close proximity to all that Fishtown and Northern Liberties has to offer. All of the amenity areas are meticulously maintained. "I honestly have been having a really pleasant experience since moving into this building. Move in process was smooth and the staff was very accommodating to me. It’s a gorgeous complex - they are constantly cleaning the building and the terraces and courtyards are kept really nice. I also feel quite safe here which I was nervous about when moving into the city from the suburbs. The management has been amazing + very friendly. Anytime I have a question they are quick to respond and are very resourceful. Gabriel especially has been super responsive and helpful. Maintenance is also quick + super super nice!! I had one issue and they came to my apartment same day and fixed it within minutes. The other tenants in the complex have been very respectful - I’ve had no issues with noise or disruptions. AND of course, the location is prime. Overall, very happy with the place and would recommend anyone to live here."
