"The experience we've had so far is wonderful. We've never had such a pleasant experience with the whole leasing process. Theresa is absolutely awesome and will get you situated in your new home. No pushy sales tactics like every other apartment complex, its been nothing but genuine people from leasing to management to maintenance. Our apartment came with new carpets, high ceilings, and an awesome kitchen island. Highly recommend stopping by to atleast take a tour!"

"I loved my time here! I stayed from 2021-2023 and would’ve stayed longer if I could, but my budget changed. Never had any pest issues at all which was my number one most important thing. The few times I had minor maintenance issues they attended to it almost immediately, took no more than a day or two at most. Management was always friendly and easy to work with. Theresa, Aviva, and Gene in particular were all so great. No issues with getting my security deposit back after I moved out either. They made reasonable deductions. I have no complaints and highly recommend it!"

We’ve had little to no maintenance issues and enjoy being steps away from Aldi, the Schuylkill trail, and some great food options. We always feel safe here as well - a great pocket of Brewerytown!"

"I stayed at this apartment complex for 2 years. Had a great experience. Only left because I moved out of state. Both Theresa and Aviva are great in the leasing office. They are responsive and help you as much as they can. Never had any safety issues. I would suggest purchasing the parking spot, it’s very convenient. My packages were never tampered with and just overall very properly run complex. Would suggest anybody in Philly to live there!"
