"2nd time in 2 years residents have been without power and heat in the winter for an extended period of time. Building has 249 listed violations with L&I. Consistently fails inspections and have a contact number that goes to a full voice mail. The "dog park" is a literal dump for renovation materials. It's 5AM and the fire trucks still have their emergency lights going."

"We moved in to the Lennox a few months ago. The new management really seems to care about the Tenants concerns. They installed a new heating system after being told that was the primary issue here. And are always looking for ways to keep improving things. Recently they did over all the hallways and lighting. It is really a great place to live."

"This is without a doubt the worst apartment to live in in germantown. I have lived here for 6 years and have seen 5 different owners/management come in, and with every one it gets worse and worse. There is a terrible rodent problem and there is no security and I have had 2 incidents of unknown people turning my door nob at night to attempting to break in. Thank God I am finally moving out and will never look back. I say gut the whole building and start over."
