"I have lived in Hamilton Court for a year and just renewed my lease for next year. As a student at UPenn, the location is ideal. I lived in a 2 bed 1 bath and will be living in a 1 bed 1 bath next year - the apartment is spacious and recently redone. The amenities are amazing - especially the gym and the hot tub. The management is extremely accommodating and anything related to maintenance is addressed within 24 hours. Could not recommend more!"

When it came down to the wire, she guided us to make the right decision on the specific apartment in order to maximize our odds of getting the application approved. Great amenities - brand-new pool, hot tub, fitness center, courtyard, dining and grilling area, study lounge. The apartments have plenty of space and have regular sized bedrooms which is hard to find in other buildings in the area. It's been an ideal off-campus living experience so far."

"I live at HamCo for my Sophomore year and love it! Pool, hot tub, and gym are great. Property management is awesome. Requests are handled very quickly. For example, my air conditioning unit was leaking, and the problem was addressed that day within an hour. I’m very impressed by the overall professionalism and responsiveness of the management team."
