Elm Court

Elm Court is a non-profit, community-based organization located at 300 Elm Road in Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Since 1967, Elm Court has been providing safe and affordable housing for individuals, families, seniors, and people with disabilities with low to moderate incomes. With 491 well-maintained rental homes, Elm Court serves over 1,100 residents in various communities in Princeton.

The institution is committed to fostering vibrant and inclusive communities by providing affordable housing opportunities. Elm Court collaborates with the Municipality of Princeton, Princeton University, and other local organizations to fund and create affordable housing options. They also provide property management and administrative support to property owners and municipalities to fulfill their affordable housing obligations.

Elm Court's dedicated staff, volunteer Board of Trustees, and community partner organizations work together to ensure that residents have safe, affordable homes and essential social service supports for their success. The institution also partners with agencies and non-profit organizations to enhance social services for residents and the community.

With a track record of success and a commitment to serving residents with low to moderate incomes, Elm Court is a cornerstone of the Princeton community.
