"This is like hell on earth living here. I've had to deal with mice for three years while rent just goes up. Management changes constantly. I understand this place is over 50 years old but the only upgrades are for made for people moving in. I don't recommend moving here. I would like to meet the SLUM LORDS that own this place."

"Less than a week ago I moved and I am totally disappointed with what I am seeing. The administration is useless. I arrived and the same day I had to deal with the fact that the door did not close, the dishwasher was covered, the fridge was dirty and it smelled super wrong i was told the apartments look exactly like the photos and its totally different and i just found my carpet is all wet"

"I lived here for 4 years. They change owners every few months which causes horrible management each and every time. Every owner is a slumlord and the rent just goes higher and higher .. the staff is even treated unfairly! The neighborhood is beautiful but the living environment is poor. They don’t fix anything and be ready to go to court when you put your foot down."

"This property suchs. The management is disrespectful and acts as if they pay your rent for you when your the reason they get a paycheck. They are trying to force me and my wife and my kids out of the apartment because they have to fix the plumbing in another apartment. There maintenance are horrible. The so called property manager Lynnese is very disrespectful and they dont want you to talk to the corporate office and the corporate office is also disrespectful as well. Do not apply for the apartment complex. Licence and Inspection should come and check every apartment in this complex."

"We lived here for about two years. We had an old ceiling and a leaking roof, once it even fell in the rain right on the sofa at night. There is poor management and it takes a very long time to respond to requests and problems of tenants. There were always mice in the kitchen and we caught them ourselves. As a result, we were forced to leave, our deposit was not returned to us and was told that there was a dirty refrigerator, carpets. But I did it all myself, and I have a photo! I do not advise anyone to live there."
