"I moved in March 2020, right before the pandemic hit. I had wanted to move in here back in 2018 and when I finally got in, I was excited. But the pandemic hit and I never got to use the pool. I was stuck inside with thin walls and loud neighbors. The floor plan is really spacious and honestly it was a nice place to rent. I lived on the second floor and the ppl above me had a dog… talk about loud. The porch doors were old and I wouldn’t call them “secure” but again, I lived on the second floor so I didn’t worry too much. But I gave it 4 stars because I enjoyed my spacious 2 bedroom and I didn’t have a bug issue like some ppl may have had on the bottom floor. Maintenance is nice and they come out quickly. Walls are thin so just pray you don’t get stuck between loud ppl. And they have a trash room that does smell but gets emptied daily so it was cool."

"This place is really nice and quiet. Lots of closet space and the layout is very spacious. The Hispanic lady in the office is very nice but the older lady is mean. She picks and choose who she wants to rent to. I had several people who applied here and she denied their applications. She told them a bogus lie about credit score. Credit score that she never checked and kept the $50 money order. Other than that the apartment complex is fine and in a good neighborhood."

"Lived here for a year and half and still living here now. Haven’t had a really bad experience here like the rest of the reviews. But the older lady in the office is mean and unprofessional. Maintenance is always on time and fixes anything we ask them to. Our packages have never been touched by anyone no matter how long they stayed in the mailroom. Laundry room on every floor of the building. Neighbors were all nice. Barely saw any of them actually but never had a problem with any either. Parking is always available which is great except the older lady at the office doesn’t allow me to park my work truck inside the lot. She’s the only bad thing about this place honestly. Aside from that, I’d definitely recommend this place."

"I lived there for a year and it was the worst! I lived on the 1st floor and experience a lot of issues. there were all kinds of Bugs that would be crawling around my apartment , up my walls, in the bathroom and kitchen. After reading past reviews everyone reported the same thing, they were coming from outside.. I was always fearful that they would craw in my bed. I talked to management and I had to wait DAYS and often up to a week for an exterminator to come out. And after they came I STILL HAD BUGS. AND THESE BUGS BITE... (I wish it was a way to post my pictures of them) This place is not a place for children, pets or anyone that hates bugs. There was bugs in the hallways as well. I had to sleep with all my lights on because of it. Management was NOT NICE AT ALL, in my dealing with them they displayed condescending attitudes and not very helpful in most cases in my opinion! I came home one night to find my kitchen sink overflowing with BLACK WATER, and was told it was from upstairs apartments. Half of the night I was scoping out water and pouring it in the toilet!! I could go on about my closet dripping water to pool hours being very limited. But I think u get the point of this place. If u CAN FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO MOVE OR LIVE do it and thank me later. One thing I did love was it was very close to Walmart so I could buy bug spay when I needed it."
