"Very bad parking situation, parking all over, not at the designated spot lines"

"RENTERS BEWARE fire hazards, mysterious stains, filthy lobbies and a consistent stench of cigarettes. Definitely not worth what they’re charging, there are zero amenities. Good luck getting in and out there’s only one way and usually is blocked by small children playing in the street I’m assuming their parents are trying to get rid of them. Maybe if this place was $ 800/month it would make sense to live here but they are robbing people at $1500 a month for “luxury” section 8 housing. Had to leave another review with more proof of the nonsense that goes on here. Would never recommend anyone to live here. If negative stars were possible that’s what I would leave this place."

"Horrible place to live not worth the price at all. Unless you’re a heavy cigarette smoker don’t live here. Tenants constantly smoke inside their apartments day & night. You can literally see some of them hanging out the windows of their apartments to smoke. The stairwells are always filthy, management is unhelpful, maintenance workers are rude. Save your time and money don’t live here!"

"The manager here is v sneaky. Our son and gf were asked to pay an $100 application fee. $250 to process $500 to hold. No lease was signed. They were not allowed to see the apartment for 4 days. They decided it was to small and management refused refund. management refuses"

"I have not lived here but I drive for Uber and pick and drop people off your many times. I do not hear many positive things mostly complaints about the bugs and how when you move in they show you a very nice apartment but that is not the one you will get asked to see the one you will move into first then make your decision cannot give more stores from the feedback I have gotten from others. I heard it directly from the horse's mouth people that live there."
