"I'm not sure who the person is that's responding to the reviews BUT I know for sure that's NOT Liss Properties, who owns this place BECAUSE the mice issue has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. WE just caught and killed SEVEN MICE using various MOUSE TRAPS so please do not believe the RESPONSES from whoever that is. And look at how UNPROFESSIONAL THEIR RESPONSE IS. Do you really believe that's Liss Properties? Again I have pictures to show all the mice that's here in WOODBRIDGE MEWS and other tenants have COMPLAINED AS WELL. Do no, that issue is NOT RESOLVED as they stated and how would they know anyway???? Lol, they don't live in our homes."

"This is a good townhouse with tons of closet space. The bedrooms are massive. I have a king sized bed and two bedside tables and there is still space. This place has all the amenities you'd want in a home. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer AND dryer, walk in closets. LARGE KITCHEN, a half bathroom downstairs for convenience, I mean like wow! We love it here! ♥"

"The space in these townhomes are fantastic! It was all that I looked for, tons of walk space and closet/storage the bathrooms are a good size the rooms are enormous! The kitchen itself fit my dining room table, I love that it comes with dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer, and a built in microwave and you do not have to pay for water. The down side of this place is the mice situation!! Not only are there mice there's a ton of insects. It is beyond incredible I could not catch not one and I complained about it a few times how they're eating away at my stores food and leaving trails of mice poop EVERYWHERE. Yet nothing was done. They tell you the exterminator comes once a month, I have never seen this exterminator nor has it ever been in my apartment since I moved in. The maintenance man Luis is very nice and he tries to "fix" the issue but there's not much he can do w what the company provides him to work with. I have a leak from my full bathroom that has been leaking down into my kitchen and they just keep plastering it and that is all. They have not found the source of the leak and my kitchen ceiling looks horrible. The walls in this place are Sheetrock so everything you put in it comes falls off including the toilet paper and towel holder they provide you w. Over the summer the were some days were my living room was infested by flies. I have no idea where they were coming from because I never opened the windows and keep my door closed. I mean there were tons right by my living room windows which I never opened because the gate was lose and I have small children. The office people are professional when you go apply and while you're doing your paper work they are strict about who they rent to and credit checks and proof of income and require first month last month and security rent. The second you are late w your rent they are calling you and sending letters of eviction. The neighbors are great, never had a problem never hear them lots of them are vets. There are a lot of dogs and NO ONE picks up after there dogs so imagine my kids can't go out to play in the front patch of lawn to the apartment. Which I have reported as well and nothing was done. Sigh. Sucks to say I will be moving out soon because I LOVE THE SPACE and the community."
