Awesome maintenance staff. And the property manager, Josette, is fantastic! She is super accommodating and helpful; she always makes availability to offer her support with anything you may need. Best property manager I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been renting for a very long time. Would highly recommend Park Terrace."

"I’ve been living at Park Terrace for about a year now and really like my apartment. The area is great, it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Josette, the property manager, has been very helpful since the start of my move in & approval process. She’s made things very easy and got me the unit I was looking for at a fair price range, with a completely renovated unit. Over the last year, she has been great at taking care of any issues that may have come up and is always available to assist with anything I may need. As a result, I have just decided to renew for another year and would highly recommend this community if you’re looking."

"Do not Move Here Fair Warning! Rent is not at a set rate, (every month a different price) you are charged an asset protection fee of 14.00 a utility fee of 4.95 the building is very old and those are the landlord fees but they include them in your rent. They have cheap labor repairing and remodeling the building so imagine what’s underneath the surface that you would be living in. No circulation/ventilation in the units. Management does nothing for you, overlooks every problem. Cars are vandalized on this lot or stolen, they have all these cameras and sees nothing. Mail is always stolen. They have a pool that you can only use No Friends or Family is Allowed over. They don’t tell you any of this and you will definitely be treated nice coming In because they want your money. I forgot to say your placed on this RUB system when the only meters in the building is electric this is the New Thing we never had to Pay these other fees like gas which is extremely high, water or those extra fees above. You Move In You will Regret It I Promise. Don’t let the cheap renovations Fool You.. Their response to this post is a LIE, they wouldn’t help if you asked them to. I’m Warning You Don’t Waste Your Time and Money. If you see any good reviews they are very old, working for them or did not stay long…….Run"

"This place is an absolutely horrible mess. People move in and leave before the year over. A jewish company purchased these apartments and are charging illegal prices to the tenants. They charge you gas without having a meter connected to your apartment. They charge you gas according to you apartment cubic feet which makes no sense. Also water charges without having a water meter connected. Many people are locked into these apartments because they are older and can not move as fast as someone younger because they are on a budget, unfortunately many seniors have been forced out to the street. This building looks and feels like a housing project. Cleaning is horrible. Please do not look or waste your time with these apartments. Since this company purchased this building everyone regrets being here. Last they charge an asset fee of $14 a month for insurance that they are supposed to pay $4.95 for service to calculate the way they can ron you. You are required to have renters insurance on your own which is ok. They want to have zero amount to pay or liability. Please dont bother with this place. Most of the review at the bottom are fake. These people dont even live here and never have. Don works for the building so he will say what ever they tell him. But i still do. But not much longer. They never clean the pool when do you know a pool to be green. If you notice the owners only responded back to the workers its planned out review. Not real reviews."
