"In January 2021 I fell at work and broke 2 ribs, hurt my lower back and have nerve damage in my right arm. In May 2021 I had problems keeping up with rent and fell behind. I let Nancy know that I was filing for assistance via the City of Philadelphia phase 4 program which I was approved. In mid December 2021 I had to have a portion of my foot amputated which had me falling behind in rent however because of the medical conditions I was dealing with a medical management organization nonprofit agreeed to help me get back on track so I took the paperwork to the Mulberry Court office for Nancy to fill out in January. When I contacted her to get the paperwork back she Screamed at me that she was not filling it out because the paperwork said we had an agreement and she didn't agree to anything and she was taking me to court. I eventually received court papers and went February 28We agreed if they wouldn't accept payment from them it was my understanding I'd be obligated to make there payments for past due amount in March, April and May. And pay March April and May rent on time. I got home February 28 and Paid March rent. On Friday March 11 Nancy called me and told me that she has filled out paperwork and I could come get it but Moe the property manager brought them to me. I've submitted the paperwork to the nonprofit but now on March 17 Nancy called me screaming I need to make a payment asap that she has filled a writ and going to fill paper work for the sheriff to Lock me out. In trying to make a payment I found out that my bank account is frozen for reasons unknown to me. She then became really disrespectful saying Yeah the dog ate my homework and I should have paid last week before the account was frozen... I'm finding that Nancy seems to have two personalities and I don't know what to do. But beware The paperwork that Nancy stated in court she didn't receive however that paperwork had red x where she needed to fill out. This is the paperwork she returned to me last week. Found out that Nancy filed a writ for possession 5 days before my payment was due. How underhanded is that?"

A BEAUTIFUL LIVING HERE AT MULBERRY COURT APARTMENTS.. PROPERTY MANAGER MRS Nancy IS SUCH A PLEASURE TO HAVE AS A PROPERTY MANAGER SHE MAKES U FEEL LIKE FAMILY LOVE THIS PLACE.."
