"I moved in here on December 29, 2022. There was nothing taken care of like my daughter and I discussed with Kim, the property manager, to me and my daughter. There are no cleaning crews here like Kim said would do the heavy cleaning still needed here. I was heavy cleaning the place because the beautiful new appliances were not taken care of or really nothing is. maintenance has never seen through a job here in the apartment at all. WHY? There are several maintenance workers, but I never see any of them working. What’s wrong with this picture!! here?? The washer has been broken since I moved in and no one is doing anything or keeping any of us updated on issues here. is following up on it. I would like to know. I have several issues going on and all will become asap if not done soon! SMH UPDATE today 2/22/23 - still horrible no maintenance taken care of and noisy neighbors all night long. Very dirty in the halls and the grounds. The washer never has worked. I want a refund to move on from here! It’s not worth the money! UPDATED REVIEW 10/10/23 - I still haven’t gotten any maintenance issues taken care of and now there’s more. Nothing works at all in this building. Management is trying to renege on an abatement offered at a meeting in April until all issues were resolved. Maintenance will look at the problem and never hear anything back from them on fixing. Maintenance here sucks and I see them cutting corners on fixing things to get it done. I have many more pics and videos. I am attaching a video of the living room window leaking. SMH. I will let you know the final outcome of how this plays out. I am in the process of drafting a dispute letter all about the maintenance issues and how Kim, the property manager, has not responded to any of my many emails or calls. I am also addressing the $200 rent abatement she gave until all maintenance issues were resolved. How professional can Kim be trying to renege on that! I’m living in absolute disgust!! I am going to bring this all up in the Division Program which mediates the situation and tries to see if it can be resolved and both sides can agree."

"I had a tour last week at Algon with the property manager Kim. Kim showed me a 1bedroom apartment and gave me a tour of the complex and explained the entire process. I left feeling like if I moved here I would be in good hands. The unit was nice and spacious. I am definitely considering this place."
