"Don’t bother calling and asking for a tour or you’ll be met with the nastiest attitude imaginable. You’d think I killed the woman’s dog based on how she responded to the INSANE request of touring their property. Can only imagine how awful communication would be as a resident."

"I've been living at this apartment complex for a little over a year now and cannot say enough good things about the staff (especially Rose). We did have some issues with mice but the staff has been so genuine, honest, & helpful all along. They quickly took care of the problem for us. The apartment complex is conveniently located close to many stores & is walking distance from Pennypack park. The apartments are nice and priced really well."

"Great neighbors and family here! The office is great and maintenANce is done within extremely reasonable amount of time almost always the same day even if I called after 2pm. The grounds are kept clean and the bus stops are very close but people from neighborhood nearby speed and don't care about children crossing n Getting off the buses."

"I want to give it 4 stars because of Rose and Sheila, but I have to be honest. I love the location and the apartments are spacious and sorta up to date. I hate to see things just painted over, but when we moved in it still looked nice, maintenance said the building has settled over time so doors and closet areas are not straight. Vents are not flush against surfaces. Medicine cabinet in one of our bathrooms can not be screwed securely to wall because of spacing of stud. All of that is still not a severe issue, the noise you hear from tenants over top of you is crazy, its as if you are sleeping together. I do not want hear the pillow talk of people above me, And if you live over top of someone you don't do freakin exercises!!! I like it here but floors and walls are too thin. And tenants with small children should automatically be put on the lower floors. The staff as I said are the absolute best!!!"
