"Went to a showing a few weeks ago. And have to say the best part was the person showing the apt. She was diligent to make sure we could afford it and it was a great fit. I appreciate her trying to hold the site at a new stature. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment, and seems to be creating a better normal for renters. I watch her not only show the site but make notes on what could be fixed or done better with the actual apartment and complex as a whole. She wasn't there to make empty promises but to give honest true growth for the business. I want to say her name was Michelle, I think, but I see good things coming back to the neighborhood good and helpful addition to the staff."

"A poor man died across the hallway from my father..took them weeks to discover him..sadly people couldn't discern the smell of death from the smell of the building. There was rising black mold in his apartment as well as vermin of all types..SO HAPPY TO HAVE HIM OUT OF HERE!"

"Mouse infestation before i lived here for a week. Stinky hallways. Had to get a cat, they didn’t do nothing about it.. walls and ceiling cracked up, clogged toilets and major bug problems. All within a month of living here. Lots of space, just needs to be fixed up"
