"One of the worst places I’ve ever lived. Moved out amd didn’t finish my lease. Kitchen was falling apart. Water leaks thru the windows. I left. Didn’t pay them anymore rent. Saved up and left. Disgusting management."
"this place is very great place to live, and Laura is very professional to make sure every document was seamless"
"It’s a run of the mill apartment. Don’t expect anything extraordinary. Make sure you always load up your money card because there’s only one place to load it up and that’s in the leasing office and no one is in their on the weekends despite what their hours may say. Getting stuff fixed properly is a haste. It takes entirely too long and the job is never done properly the first time. I was unable to use my oven without fear of breaking the front glass several times as well as the washing machine was shut down on several occasion as because of a leak sink next to it that still isn’t properly fixed to today. I’d gladly update this review to be better once these things are fixed properly but until then this place is a two star kind of place. It’s just an ehh kind of place. Nothing absolutely terrible but nothing good either."
"I am a first time renter and when I say this is and will be the last time I ever make this poor of a decision on a housing complex, I mean that. I've written multiple complaints as far as invasion of privacy goes, as well as the overwhelming insect problem that has yet to be solved. I am receiving no answers for my current issue that is still in progress and I will be updating these post weekly until my issues are solved. I WISH I would've read the reviews before I finalized my contract, there are multiple negative reviews FOR A REASON. -UPDATE- So approximately 27 days after I have officially moved out of this apartment complex; I am finally receiving my "Security Deposit". There are quotation marks around that due to that fact that there is a grand total of $290.03 that has been taken out of my security deposit for "Cleaning" purposes as well as Gas/Electric. This apartment complex literally lives up to every single bad review they receive. Read the fine print in your lease agreement, I was told that if you are to lease from this apartment complex and do not choose to renew within your first year, that they do charge a mandatory "repaint" fee. Which in my case cost me $205.00 of my security deposit along side a $55.00 charge for "steam cleaning" the apartment carpets.(they said nothing about charging me to steam clean the carpets nor is that in my lease agreement) I really encourage everyone to take consideration of this review before signing an agreement with this piss poor company. They aren't business minded, they aren't customer first oriented, nor are they professional in any mannerism. I wouldn't recommend these paper thin walled, money stealing apartments to my worst enemy. Stay tune for more updates as I contact management for a piece of MY money back for unnecessary charges, most likely they won't answer their phones or emails per usual."
"I lived in the townhouse there. Was told that i would get my deposit back and they would not be charged for the rugs due to the water leaks. I hate being lied to. They were informed that there was mold. Had to spend 3 days drying out the rugs and still had mold spots . I even cleaned the rugs before i left. Spent 3 years with a tub that was rusted out. They had some crappy company re glaze the tub 3x. Never was replaced or repaired properly. I will post pics. The only thing i have good to say is that the neighborhood and my neighbors were nice."
