Office and maintenance staff is courteous, attentive, friendly and promptly responds to requests with a solution for the issue. The grounds are well kept with weekly landscaping and regularly checked for litter. Have met so many friendly neighbors over the years and hope to stay here for many more years."

"We moved in last June and we couldn't be happier. Our apartment was in excellent condition when we took occupancy.. The park like setting offers plenty of mature trees and beautifully landscaped grounds, plus a pool. Features in our spacious one bedroom with den include a huge balcony, decent sized kitchen, and an oversized living room and spacious bedroom with attached bath plus huge storage closets. The staff couldn't be more attentive or efficient, always smiling. I noticed apartments rarely become available at the St Regis. I did a lot of research before we moved from South Philly to the Northeast and found the rent to be a good value. It is very peaceful here!"
