"Maria told me I was approved under conditions either pay extra or a co signer and tht was great..they said I hve to talk to john..I called I never could gt him .I was told tht I would gt a call back 10-15 mins..never happened.then I started call over 4 days still no john so today he was in the office I called no John then I gt an email saying they declined me..after I was told by Barb i had the place..very unprofessional"

"Can't spell, super was external construction worker not part of mgmt. Less than desirable neighborhood. Lot of riff raff. Tenants smoking weed and children apprentice meddling doing repair. Sbg Marie was friendly at first then renege pre-approval process while I was correcting my FICO of identity compromise. Accounting and she draft emails no spell check, grammatic errors everywhere. Overall very poor experience. Paid off four credit cards and they would not give bank statements and mom's pension letter back to me. Overall everyone there is a creep."

"They are a rip off directly from the office located at 920 W. Spencer. They collect the rent then stated to the tenant they did not paid the rent even if they have receipts."
