"I haven’t been here a complete year and we are on our 3rd management team. The walls are so thin your neighbors are your roommates. My apartment smells like a sewerage 3 days out of a week (usually from fri- mon ) because apparently the pipes are sensitive and get clogged up easily. I don’t think they feel that this property is worthy of investing any money in so a lot of the repairs are bandaged. Temporary fixes are less expensive then permanent fixes so as it seems. I signed my lease in March and by November renewal was required so I re did the lengthy paperwork, but today I received an eviction notice for failure to Re certify. Paper work gets lost in transition with the constant changes in management. I didn’t think I would be looking to move in less then 2 years let alone in 9 months. Part of the amenities offered is a 4 washer / 4 dryer laundromat but 7 months later the locks were changed and access has been taken away ( only if you’re lucky enough to catch someone in the office who is willing to stay there while you complete your laundry) Needless to say I didn’t plan on moving with 3 kids so soon but asking permission to enter your residence coming home from work with my children to a bunch of teens smoking weed weren’t in my plans either. P.S. I was shown 1 apartment but I ended up with another and some of amenities they offer are false advertisement. 1-There isn’t any central AC and 2. the laundromat isn’t really available. Very disheartening to be treated like you don’t pay rent and you’re a bother.... ******UPDATE****** PROPERTY WAS PURCHASED BY ANOTHER COMPANY WHO DON’T BELIEVE MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE HIRED.... THE GARBAGE IS OVERWHELMING TO SAY THE LEAST WILL TRY POSTING PICTURES *********************"

"Worse apartments of my life mice, bedbugs, roaches. The mice situation is the worse! You see them running in the hallways in your apartment saw a mouse on top of my stove and I almost pass out! Management doesn’t care. It takes forever for them to fix something in the apartment I moved in without a door in my room and they said they were going to install it next day it took a month and multiples calls to management and showing to the office for them to fix it. There has been 2 homeless people that have stayed in the apartments hallways for months and management haven’t done anything about it, when I report it the most I got was call the police when you see them! Don’t waste your time moving in this apartment I wanted to move out after my 1st month here, finally my lease is about to be up and will move from here.!"

"I`ve lived at foulkrod apts for 5yrs. The apartments itself are very nice,block is quiet. Management is HORRIBLE. It take a very long process to get repairs done,neighbors are people who live off public assistance,smoke weed,and make alot of noise at night because they dnt have to get up early in the morning.Oh by the way,if you pay your rent one day late ,they take you to landlord tenant court. And as soon as they do it go on your credit report weather you settled it or not,i know because i had to hire an attorney,not only because they put it on my credit,but they put it on my daughter who was 15,in highschool,and WAS A MINOR.. she sued..so WATCH OUT."
