"I would have liked to rent here but management is super hard to get in touch with and very unprofessional. I wasn’t able to view a unit and was offered a showing time a week later? In all my years of renting I’ve never come across such a thing I’m very disappointed"

"Really disappointing to see the low reviews based on purely classist and racist people. Grew up around these parts my entire life and this neighborhood is perfectly fine. If your car is getting broken into thats not this buildings problem there is garage parking available… Welcome to any neighborhood in any big city worldwide. My one complaint would be some major leak issues, im a big tech guy and ive woken up to game consoles and projectors drenched in water after a storm. Otherwise i love living here! The rent is pretty fair for what i get, and it’s beautiful with great amenities. The sound proofing is the best ive lived anywhere. If you don’t like loud construction or illegal dirt bikes/boosted speakers/engines you probably will get annoyed by the noise outside sometimes though."

"The building itself is lovely. However the neighborhood is not! My car was broken into 4 times within 2 months!!! There’s a serious problem with neighboring addicts doing things like this. Management stated they would hire security..haven’t seen this happen yet. Only option is to pay an additional fee for private parking. Which should be free or much more cost effective. It’s not worth the rental prices. It’s a high crime area!! Gentrification takes time. Newly renovated buildings doesn’t stop crime."

"I wish I was able to potentially view the place but I didn’t even get the opportunity. I reached out in November to see if I can get a tour for a late Feb/early March move in. The person emailed me back to say they wouldn’t know the availability until end of December and they will get back to me. Absolutely fine. End of December comes and I don’t hear anything. I emailed the person directly as well as the general email. I also called. Still haven’t heard anything till this day. By this point I would need to tell my current landlord if I would be renewing my lease. Very unfortunate as the pictures look beautiful but the communication is subpar"
