Penn's View Apartments

"The apartments are fine, if you can deal with the never-ending maintenance issues and stench of garbage in the lobby. We have been waiting for repairs in our apartment to be done since 2019 (well before COVID began, but that’s fine because they’ll be back “tomorrow”). The roof deck has been closed for over a year and is literally collapsed (L&I is operating and issuing permits). If you want to live somewhere where nothing gets done, live here."

Plus the building itself has a roof deck with a spectacular view of the Ben Franklin Bridge and the Philly skyline."
