"I rented PH1 through Air B&B. The unit appears to be rented through the property management so that's why I'm leaving a review here. I will say the location and layout are fine. Features also appear to be functional. 1. They did not have the AC running before we arrived on a 90+ degree day. The appt smelled musty and uninviting because of this. 2. The linens and towels smell musty 3. There is a club that will play loud music past 1am on the weekends. If you are sensitive to noise.. avoid at all costs. 4. The check in process and all the rules are convoluted. They will communicate to you via text, email, the app, and a website."

"My wife and I have been living here for 1 year and we've loved the apartment and property. Our apartment is huge, with plenty of room (not to mention a roof deck) with a garage parking space (very convenient for Fishtown) for a fair rental price. The property manager, Jamie, is super friendly and responsive and issues/repairs are typically taken care of within 24 hours. Of course, the location is fantastic: only a couple blocks away from some of the best restaurants, shops, bars, and very close and convenient to travel to other neighborhoods (via the MFL subway or just walking/biking). We absolutely love it here!"

"I am a actually recommending the trendy loft available for a short stay. It's amazing - real value for money. They thought about everything and the apartment is very clean. Been in many places but this one is the special one... The loft is VERY close to the I95 but you hardly hear anything."
