"I lived right next to one of their properties and since I bought my house in 2008, and I must say it has been the worst experience dealing with their tenants and the real estate company that manages the property. The current tenants are always having parties, drinking and blasting their radio during weekdays! I have to knock many times at their door and they disregard my concerns. I don't want to be a "bad neighbor" but they are getting out of hand. I don't mind loud music, but when it interferes with my sleep and my work I have a problem. I have tried contacting the real estate office in many occasions, only to get a voice message saying that they cannot answer the phone at this time. I have left many voicemails requesting a phone call and yet I have received nothing."

"They are the most unprofessional realty company I have ever known. I have called and left almost 10 messages to complain About tenants they have living next to our property. They have never once had the common courtesy to even call back. I have lived on this block for over 30 years and never ever experienced anything like this. For property managers to not return concerned residents back is unprofessional. I will be reporting them!"
