"Roaches in product! Fact! Not a clean facility! This company delivered product to my restaurant luckily it was dropped off outside at our covid sanitization drop off area as it contained disgusting roaches. Which we bagged and stored by the dumpster. We have a brand new building we are the first restaurant in the area and building so this type of bug is unheard of and unacceptable I told the driver I would have to return it then I called the company and the company said they weren't willing to take it back from me definitely this is why this company is the way it is school systems be careful I know this company works with you I will be reaching out to the school systems as well and the health department to tell them about my experience at Bella Pizza in Ithaca New York my name is Steven and this is factual experience that happened to me we have it on video recording we recorded the phone calls when we called the company back we recorded the entire delivery and all of the disgusting roaches that were inside of the products. If you notice any bugs in your home or business after getting a delivery from this company you need to think twice that's probably where they came from."
