"This is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The management Stephanie is a disgusting person. If you walk through hallways and see extra secured locks on peoples doors those are women. The male staff likes to sneak into apartments. If they would’ve successfully done that while I was home they would’ve met god. I’ve seen women scream at the front desk because they found out someone went into their place. I will continue to report this place & leave reviews everywhere. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN !!!! & if you do move in .. carry that mouse Katool. & don’t think the front desk isn’t in on it. They 1,000% are. One of the management brings her child to work that runs around everywhere, another front desk employee brings her adult daughters there to take up space in the whole lobby( they do this when management isn’t around :), Stephanie is a stalker & will send other staff to do her dirty work. Sometimes she looks through mail ( which is a felony). They all deserve an a*s whooping. They use & abuse the elderly there because their retirement money goes straight to the company. Stephanie is also a coward. She will send her staff to do dirty work just to hide in her office. ( gotta mention it again) Tiffany (another leasing employee) likes to do certain deals when Stephanie isn’t around :) …. The maintenance crew will watch you when you leave the elevators because their tools/supplies are right by the elevators. Perfect chance for them to go into your place. There’s more to tell but I’ll leave it at that for now. Don’t say I didn’t warn you ….."
"Great place to live, especially the renovated ones are super good and the rent is also reasonable. Maintenance service is exceptional. I did not face any issues during my 2 years of stay."
"I love Park Heights Apartments. The level of professionalism you’ll experience is superb. Stephanie ( management) is very attentive to the building operations on a daily bases. Moreover, the staff from the girls in the front desk to maintenance are very helpful with any questions you may have and very punctual from maintenance. They will fix anything that may break in a timely fashion and kind. Again, my experience at Park Heights ensured me that I made the right decision in living here. I absolutely love it here. Lastly it’s very quite and no nonsense of any sort just how I like it."
"Really bad impression for this APT especially for the person in leasing office who are rude and mean. They are only active if they need to charge you and they do it quickly. But if it is case for refund, i.e. security deposit, they just don't want to do it! They are very slow on the email replying. Even hang out your phone if you ask questions about the security deposit. I have lived there for 1 and half years which is an one bed room. The sink in my bathroom is so easily to be clogged, and finally I gave up using it. I just use the sink in kitchen. Even they came for couple of times to fix it, it never worked well. For the security deposit, I don't know the experience for others. My case is like this (so painful experience): for some reason, I have to move out and live closer to temple U campus, so I talked to the leasing office that I wants to sublet it.At that time I had no idea about the process for sublet so I just followed what they told me. I found a girl to fill my apt. They check the background of her. And then let her to sign a new lease. The girl paid 800$ for security. However, they just don't want to refund my security! Maybe this it the way that they make money! I argued with them, then they said: OK, they need to charge on the cleaning which turns out to be 500 dollar. Just ridiculous. I kept my room very well, and cleaned it thoroughly! Then I thought they were going to refund me 300 dollars at least. But I just got a 135 dollar check! I wanted to ask them why by email them, by calling them. They just don't reply and hang out my call! I am so angry and tired on doing this for just few hundreds dollars. I have to console myself to think it to be a lesson in life to learn. But I wants to share my experience on Parkheights. The management of it has a lot space to improve. Think about it before you move in. Good luck."
