Awbury Manor Apartments

"The worst apartments I have ever lived in. I have only been here for 3 months and there has been problem after problem they come into apartments without notice. They don't fix anything and treat you as if you are a criminal or something for no apparent reason overcharged for rent for a so called renovated apartment with plumbing issues mold growing and screens that they won't put in. There was also a homeless man sleeping in the hallway and peeing there for 3 days I have pictures my kids had to walk over him. They only want money here I am hoping and praying to get out this lease soon!!! Hallways are filty and dirty always they won't even clean the halls or paint can’t have a packages delivered because they get stolen. Another homeless man living in the hallway had to get the courts involved they are a corrupt rental company added illegal fees to rent can’t wait to move never experienced an evil company like this… Paying 1500 a month to live with homeless diseased looking cats hissing at you at the door and now no HEAT in the apartment building they told me to get space heaters whattt this has to be a joke smh"
