"Great place, friendly people, co-operative and wonderful management and maintenance staff. However, poorly inspected apartments in my opinion in terms of the price. It becomes very inconvenient and annoying to be facing issues on a monthly basis. Had multiple pest problems along with unlevelled flooring, windows with huge gaps and multiple roof leaks. The maintenance department is very cooperative to fix issues and work hard for it but it seems very unfair to be facing issues on a monthly basis only because the apartment was not well inspected in the first place. If we are expected to pay our rents on time, we can also expect to have the bare minimum facilities, that were promised at the time of leasing, to be in place as well. Gym can have better equipment as some of it is broken. Nice place but needs a lot of basic improvements."

The apartment complex is infested with rodents, roaches, and insects, creating an unsanitary living environment. Additionally, the staff's unprofessionalism has exacerbated the situation. "Staff is quick, professional and very nice, street parking is challenging on some days but that's the worst of my experience here, besides that my unit is great I have no issues. 4 stars are due to street parking only and because I have a $5 processing fee on top of my rent, water, and utilities. "I’ve lived here since Jan 2022. WestLofts is one of the most amazing apartments I’ve ever lived in. The exposed brick and metal stairs are beautifully rustic and industrialized. The building is a restored high school and the halls are wide and sleek. You have a doorman 24/7 who is always so helpful, Cook and Phil are two of my favorites! The clubhouse lobby has games and lounge chairs with TV and kitchen. Amazing vibes. The staff is always professional and courteous. Maintenance is ALWAYS on top of things and friendly! Never left me waiting for more than a day. Laundry rooms on every floor I believe. A bike room and elevators. VERY pet friendly! I love the constant doggie traffic. They have an on-site dog park as well. Oh and a MAGNIFICENT indoor gym! No more excuses of traffic and weather to keep me from attending. The location is prime and street parking is usually pretty easy to find a spot; if you get in after 7pm usually have to park a block or two out but it’s never that far. I freaking love it here and would happily move into a bigger unit and stay for many years. One of the downsides would be that because the hall is so big, people and pets are very loud especially at night. The halls echo quite badly. I live on the first floor near the door and elevator so it can get quite loud but I’ve gotten used to it. But that’s probably my biggest “complaint” and it’s just not a bid deal to me but if you have kids, maybe consider living on a higher floor."
