"The most rude, disrespectful, and dehumanizing experience with office staff that I have ever experienced. Get anything the office states to you, written and signed with dates/times. They will say one thing one day with a smile on their face, then state the opposite the next day denying they stated the former. The manager would turn around and give me his back midway through speaking with him at a scheduled appointment. No professionalism, no respectful behavior. I highly discourage anyone from living here. I truly regret ever living here and wish others will read this review and truly critically examine if living here is still worth it. Maintenance is not responsive, mice infestation, noise, unsafe neighborhood, etc. All these were uncomfortable but the leasing office staff were by far the worst part of my living experience."
