Its impossible to get in contact with them, they ignore calls and ignore texts. Good luck ever trying to get your security deposit back without going to court. Do not rent from these people."

"Didn’t fix my heat for 20 days during the coldest month in recent history, 4 snow storms, and several days below zero. When I asked to have my rent prorated for the time I had to stay with family, I was called stupid and offered $50 for my “inconvenience.” For 20 days my rent totals $967.74. It’s taken over two months to even be offered that insulting amount as they refuse to answer or return calls, emails, and maintenance requests. I would under no circumstance rent from these awful people."
