"Great location and friendly neighbors. Unfortunately, I am moving, but if I could stay, I would! The assistant property manager, Denise, and the management and maintenance teams were extremely accommodating and wonderful to interact with. I looked forward to coming home to my one-bedroom apartment, which was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. I highly recommend living at Chestnut Terrance!"

"First let me say the staff, meaning the Property Manager was helpful as she could have been. However, she reports the problems but clearly doesn''t make the final decisions. We llived there for 6 months. For 6 months we waited for them to fix a major problem. I reported the problem over and over again. It was disgusting. Water from somewhere was continuously backing up into my kitchen sink. Suggestions: If you see a problem make sure they fix it before you sign the agreement, don't take their word and please don't rent apt # 101."

"I know a lot people have shared a lot about this institution. I have lived here for 18 months, and I would not recommend this place. Location wise perfect, if you do live here and moving out know that the moving out document is just a front. They will take your security deposit. I called them up on it and requested for pictures. I am still awaiting for the pictures they claim to have sent to come through. Now I see why my buddy decided not to take out anything and left everything in his apartment. Good luck to the next person who decides to move in there."
