"I lived here for seven months and had a mixed experience. The good: - Front desk and maintenance staff, who couldn't be nicer and more helpful - Underground parking garage that goes straight into the building (no need to change elevators) - Secure package delivery - Gym and indoor pool The bad: - The leasing office I ran into issue after issue with the leasing office beginning on day one. I had numerous problems with the payment portal (and a lack of interest by staff in resolving those issues), the parking spot wasn't available on time, I was given misinformation about getting out of my lease when I needed to move, and I had a hard time getting responses about very important issues."

"I recently moved into The Alexander and I must say: this is the best building and apartment to live in around this area. I have leased at many nice places around the country and The Alexander exceeds expectations. Inside the building itself feels like an upscale hotel and the apartment homes are so nice and spacious. Mine has a beautiful view too, and I believe many of the units do. The leasing office is SO kind, patient, and helpful/responsive (shout out to Lora!). The move-in process is very easy and accommodating and the best part (for me at least) is the included parking underground in the building - it’s very clean and feels very safe, elevator access to your floor is easy too! There is a 24-hour concierge who is truly very helpful, and it’s a safe community very much because of them. Amenities are very nice as well. In the Logan Square/Center City area, I highly recommend The Alexander!"

"I’ve lived at the Alexander for the past 2.5 years and firmly believe it’s the best apartment building in Philadelphia. The front desk staff is consistently warm and welcoming, the building is meticulously cleaned and well maintained, any maintenance issues I have raised have been handled the day of, and the management team is always prompt in providing updates. Contrary to some commenters here, I think the building amenities are top notch, especially the rooftop which has some of the best views in the city (see photos). You won’t find a better apartment for the price!"
