"I've lived at the Dalian for about three months now. I can honestly say that every aspect of the leasing process and tenancy has been wonderful. When I came for a tour with my sister in tow we were greeted by Kathryn Riter. She is the most honest and authentic sales representative I've ever met! Maintenance services are provided quickly and efficiently - thank Craig and Howard. And Barbars Hayes runs a tight ship when it comes to concierge services. You'll feel like you live in a luxury hotel here!"

"The Dalian is very nice indeed, however the property is an accident and injury waiting to happen. And sadly, it may involve a car and person. It’s only a matter of time. I alerted WholeFoods but they said they are not responsible. I also mentioned it to the Dalian security desk. Twice! Crickets. So be very, very careful when walking or driving on the property. It’s potentially unsafe."

"Genuinely happy with this apartment from start to finish. I can honestly say that the experience of getting a tour for the apartment and the property as well as the process of signing all the paperwork has been quite pleasant because of the efforts of Steven Evans. Steven has been an incredible joy to work with throughout the leasing process. He was incredibly kind and informative whenever we had questions for him. He was always considerate of our time and our decision making, and was never pushy during the process. Whenever we needed space, he always gave it to us in a respectful and kind fashion. In other words, he let us be ourselves as we picked out an apartment and completed the leasing process. It is no small wonder the units are hard to come by your complex when you have people like Steven working for you. We honestly cannot say enough nice things about him. Ask for him and he will take care of you."

"Dalian on the Park offers everything one could want. Short walk to center city, and across the street from the park. Lobby and pool are breathtaking, Whole Foods just below. State of the art gym with plenty of room. Entire staff is excellent, Christian in management, Mel in leasing, Howard & Craig holding down the fort with all maintenance needs. On top of all that it is managed by Bozzuto, which means residents come first."

"I have been a vendor for the Dalian On the Park for a little over a year now, and I must say that of all my past contacts theirs is the best.....by far hands down. It’s a beautiful and peaceful building that’s kept in immaculate condition, me and my team enjoy and take pleasure in helping them maintain it. The management team from Michael Allard and staff, to Greg Lenaz and staff are always available and hands on with anything needed and again it’s a pleasure to work with them.
