"Under new management, and I can honestly say whenever I have a problem , management is always there on time fixes whatever the problem might be ... on call 24:7, apartments are newly remodeled and beautiful, I can not wait until entire building is completely finished its gunna be amazing"

"I just moved in a couple months ago and everything seems to be going smoothly. Phil, the landlord, is very responsive. Replies to all my emails within the hour and if something needs to be fixed he sends someone out the same or next day. Mind you, I did just move in so there were a couple things that needed updating but everything is great now. The size of the apartment is perfect. The only thing I would say I can live without are the thin walls (you can hear everything. From walking to coughs to people opening their front doors), the pot holes in the parking lot & the laundry room (which has actually gotten better from when I first moved in). Overall, Phil makes it very easy living here. It’s close to Septa transit, very friendly neighbors, beautiful neighborhood, and responsible staff."

"Upon moving into the hampshire house it needed some work. But since then new owners have taken over. They have been making progress in upgrading the facility and still working on upgrading. I always say a home is what you make it. Thank you Phillip for striving to make this a better place. Please keep up the good wortk theirs always room for improvement i Love my apartment because its clean and neat its how I I keep it. Whenever I have any promblems Dave , And Phillip I can always call and they always respond. Phillip cares and Dave cares. Thank you both for caring."

"The landlord (jay aka mr ozel ) is a scum bucket, slime ball and slum lord. Not only did he make alot of promises that he didn't keep and stole my money, the apartment was disgusting, trifling, ghetto, dirty, roach infested and mildew and mold infested. It was the worst experience of my life and my $800 will never be recovered even after taking this company to small claims court. So if your looking for an apartment, this should be the LAST place you look!"
