This new management looks like they're committed to turn this place back into a great place to live. *I liked my apartment a lot and never had any issues, except with the old management not returning my deposit!"

"My girlfriend an I have been living at Carlton Park for almost 2 years now and since the new management has taken over, our experience has never been better ! The previous two management companies that maintained the community were extremely inconsiderate of the current tenants needs, often times being impossible to get a hold of for maintenance issues, paying rent, and more. Since the new team has taken over management of the community , there has been a serious emphasis on resolving the issues of the current tenants here at Carlton Park. Joe and Kody have been extremely upfront and friendly since the beginning with both of them stopping to introduce themselves to me and emphasizing to me there goal of solving all current tenants maintenance issues. Joe and Kody have said to me on numerous occasions that they see this community as a hidden gem in the city due to its unique layout and quaint environment. The area is extremely safe, and the community is truly unique as it has a quiet suburban charm to it while also being in an excellent location, providing a short and easy commute to Center City Philadelphia and more. My girlfriend and I have been very happy here and are excited about the positive changes coming with the new team !"

"TLDR: New management is actually taking care of things!! I've been living here for years now and seen property managers come and go, (changed hands 3+ times) in the past they would kind of just seem very stressed and overworked and unable to do anything about the maintenance issues put in. However, the new guys Cody and Joe have dealt with toooooons of frustrated tenants as they've taken over and I've watched them patiently listen to their problems and put solutions into action. They set up an online portal where they can now actually manage the maintenance orders (compared to the old sticky note method previous managers were working with!) and are in in the main office every day handling the admin tasks. In the past, a lot of the admin work was dumped on the 2 maintenance guys who were trying their best to keep up with everything else they had to take care of. The rent is reasonable and the area is really cute and safe. The buildings are old but quaint and cozy, the selling points when my partner and I were moving in were the hardwood floors and huge windowsills perfect for sitting in with a warm drink and a good book (especially in the fall). Honestly, this place has come to feel like home and because of that I'm happy to see people who genuinely care about this place and see the potential are taking car of it now!"

"I lived at Carlton park for a year. Paula is very rude and don’t know how to speak with people. Also she lies I was told that rent would come out my security deposit and she confirmed via phone. When the time came she says it’s not in writing she didn’t say that. It’s also one mtc guy for the whole property and he always behind. I’ve provided picture of things that were wrong and never fixed. Also Paula will not let u go above her I’ve tried many of times to get corporate or someone over her and never happened. Even the employees said they wanted to speak with someone above her she gave them a email and that was it. Basement flooded they through a bag of something never fixed the problem. Roof was leaking all she cared about was the roof never got it fixed. Also I have videos that wouldn’t let me upload. Getting everything in writing when dealing with Paula she will tell u one thing and do another. The neighborhood it’s great it’s Paula who is the problem."

"I would give zero stars if I could. The property management does not care about maintenance and the cleanliness of the house . We found a number of rat in the house since the first week of the moving-in. When we contacted management for the solution. they just sent an exterminator with the least attempt to get rid of the mics and said we can not do anything about it just a hope for traps getting them. It is so scary to see rat in the cabinets in the kitchen and the bedrooms at nights. The management was not even helpful in that situation and just reminded us of the early termination fees which is a lot. Just be careful when you sing the contract with this property !"
