"BEWARE! The building is always nasty. The elevators are really gross it was urine in one of them and smelled really bad for DAYS. My ceiling collapsed a month of living here and had a continued leak. And the people in the office down stairs are not reliable. NOT worth the amount of money you pay to live here."

"This was my apartment at 601 and my son and I lived here for 3 years and the new management would never take my concerns or complaints seriously until we had to move. I would not recommend this place were they jack up the rent but will not do the work for it. These are the pictures of before I moved there was no remodeling of my apartment and there could have been a fire from the stove. I am not trying to undermine anything that the owners Think that they have done but bottom line the pictures are what they are."
