Terrace Lofts

"I moved into Terrace Lofts apt in 2020 & just recently moved out because I’m in process of buying a home so there wasn’t any point of renewing my lease for another year but while living there… it was great!!! Joanna is very professional, nice people in the building, dog friendly, clean & beautiful. My only issue was the parking lot. I had the covered parking space & them little critters (squirrels) would be running back and forth on them poles or whatever is covering the lot. I would get my car washed, park in my space then come back out & there so much stuff on my car from the squirrels running and knocking all type of debris on it. Another new rule they came up with that your tag has to be visible or you'll be towed even though you pay a monthly fee to park. People is human & people forget sometimes to put their tag up. The company needs to have a list of who car should be in a space especially if YOU’RE PAYING to park. Now if it was a FREE parking lot then yes have your tags visible to verify you’re a resident but not if you’re actually paying!!! Like what if you at work & a family member comes to visit & wants to park in your spot because it is hard to find parking around there & if/when you do you only have 1hr free parking because you need a parking permit in that area. So now you family member gets towed out of a parking space you paying for. I just think that isn’t fair. However, the apartment itself was beautiful. Not to much storage space inside my unit but beautiful. I lived on the top floor so i barely heard my neighbor. The building gets clean twice a week. Oh the dumpster smh it has gotten bad over a year or so. I think the people comes twice a weeks to put up trash but that dumpster has trash on the ground instead of actually IN the dumpster. Trash will block you from putting your trash in the dumpster, it’s only like 4 dumpsters for a 20+ unit building so the people need to come out more or management need to email each resident and explain to actually put their trash IN THE TRASH!!! But if i wasn’t in the process of purchasing i would had renewed my lease. I would recommend people to the company because they have other beautiful apartment buildings in the manayunk area."

"I lived here for 2.5 years, great apartment, great location. The 1 bedrooms are really spacious. The unit has so much storage, between the kitchen island, cabinets bedroom closet and coat closet. The patios are also a great feature. It's a 10 minute walk to main street, 5 minute walk to train station to go downtown and 5 minutes off the highways, 5 minutes to city ave so it's a prime location. Being able to have on site parking and not drive around to look for a spot was also very convenient. Pretty secure building as well with only two ways in. Only negative - the walls are somewhat thin so if you have loud neighbors around you, you will hear them (unfortunately my experience). ."

"I have been a Tennant at the Terrace Lofts for almost a year now and am extremely happy with my experience. My boyfriend and I moved into the Terrace Lofts last summer and love the close proximity to Main Street and local bars/restaurants. The lofts are located on a quiet and safe block of Terrace street. We have even made friends with neighbors in the Terrace lofts, as well as residents and dogs on the block! The property manager, Joanna, is extremely attentive and professional regarding any issues that arise at the property. They have an app where you can submit maintenance requests and pay rent, which is very convenient. My boyfriend and I live in a one-bedroom apartment and it is very spacious with new appliances and finishes. I feel comfortable and safe living in the lofts with my boyfriend and puppy! (yes-they are pet friendly which is a plus!) There is also a cleaning service that comes weekly to clean all common areas. Every apartment comes with a parking spot behind and underneath the building which is one of the main reasons we wanted the property since parking can be difficult in Manayunk. Overall, the Terrace Lofts are a great place to live and we look forward to renewing our lease this year!"

"My boyfriend & I have absolutely loved our apartment here. Joanna is always so helpful & very responsive when needed (as well as the maintenance guy). All of the appliances - kitchen, bathroom, etc. are beautiful & there is tons of space in closets & cabinets. Parking is also a GREAT plus in the Manayunk area & has made a huge difference for us. We definitely made the best choice moving here last year & we are so happy that we have decided to stay for another year!"

"My boyfriend and I were one of the very first tenants at Terrace Lofts. We absolutely love it here! We just resigned for our third year. The apartment complex is well kept as they have a cleaning service that comes through weekly. Joanna our property manager has been extremely responsive to all of our needs, including when I locked myself out she came almost immediately to save the day. The size of our one bedroom is perfect, it is not too narrow and allows for space behind the couch for storage, desk, etc. Another perk is the parking lot and the location to main street and train. My boyfriend commutes from here to center city daily and the train station is right around the corner. The location allows for easy access to get to Ridge, Henry, or City Ave. I noticed one review mentioned that we need to pay for our HVACC filters, this was true but Joanna is responsive to suggestions and has since provided filters free of charge. Great place to live for a great price!"
