"Do not rent here! Stacey assistant manager is very unprofessional rude and arrogant. Called receptionist area and asked for managers name and number called and left message over two weeks ago and got no response all. Been waiting on list since 2018. Apartments were available , and if I didn’t call I would’ve never knew they had vacancy. They had lost my application twice. It’s been since October 4th with Stacey and still no apartment! Seems like every time I call her she gets annoyed , but always need paperwork that is never sufficient for the system. I’ve had family who moved out after so many years because of the unprofessional and arrogance of people in charge of the housing. Don’t waste your time here if I can give them a negative star I will!!!!!!!"

"How can I apply there, because once I filled out and they never sent me a letter or anything and I am interested, I need help to know what I can do"

"The service request is horrible because all the tenants called to fix the little things or replace things that are broken and when important things like leaks and power outages occur they come right away but take a year to fix other things I'm well aware their only 1 unit but the other half of maintenance is still on vacation while this half is working. At this point watch a couple of how to videos but since this is government housing minus well wait for them to fix it."

"The lady at the desk is always nice, the residents always speak when I'm there. The only thing is the elevators aren't the fastest, I just be a visitor everytime I go, so I can't comment on how it is to actually live in there"

"These apartments are mice infested and have bed bug issues. Office management are good to tell you what you want to hear but once you leave their office all complaints and concerns are no longer their concern. They tell we will fix the problem with mice they call it the mice clean out all they did was sent the exterminator and he laid down traps . Which what we are currently doing ( in 2 weeks a total of 9 mice were caught) just because you live in affordable housing doesn’t mean you need to live in a slum. Everyone is always ready to pass the buck no one takes accountability to fix the outstanding rodent issues . I don’t recommend for anyone to move in these apartments."
