"My significant other and I lived at the Glen for 2.5 years and could not be happier with our experience. Kevin, the property manager, lives on the property and you can tell how much he cares for the well-being of his community. He and his team do a great job communicating with the tenants with weekly emails. The units are spacious and comfortable, and many of the units' balconies have privacy and nice greenery which we loved. There were many little perks including a nice dog park, nearly weekly food truck visits, and the free, spacious parking lot was a huge benefit especially being located in Philadelphia. The Glen offered a welcomed breath of fresh air while still being close enough for work commutes into the city. Had we not needed to move for work-related reasons, we would have been very happy to continue living here, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to Kevin and Laura for a great experience!"

"We’ve lived here almost 4 months now and have really enjoyed it. The location is convenient to the city but in an area that feels safe and we have parking. The apartment layouts are spacious - I love that I have a den in my one bedroom for my home office. I don’t have a dog but a lot of people here do and there’s a dog park. The property managers here seem like they actually enjoy their job and put a lot of pride into making the community a nice place which is not something I thought I’d ever witness as I’ve lived in a few “just okay” apartment complexes before. Maintenance / property managers here are very responsive for issues that may arise."

"If you're looking for a new apartment in Philadelphia, the Glen is perfect for new families and those commuting to Grad school! The staff is so incredibly nice and was very accommodating when we had to move in "sight-unseen" from Michigan last summer. Kevin was awesome and got pictures and all of the details about the apartment we were looking at the day we called, and we were able to sign the lease that same week and move in a few weeks later. Management and maintenance were always on top of everything too, for a very reasonable price of living in a big city. We highly recommend the Glen to anyone moving to Philly!"
