Pros: nice management, quiet building, private entryway and yard, central air, full size appliances, sunny, sizable bedrooms (main had HUGE walk-in closet), hardwood floors, 1.5 baths, and last but not least LOCATION. What I loved the most was the prime location in Ardmore! I could walk to all manner of amenities from shopping and dining to public transportation, post office, and library."

"We moved to MLV a few months ago; the tenants before us turned in their keys late, and had literally destroyed many elements of the home during their move-out (doors broken off hinges, lights falling out of the ceilings, things like that). I appreciated how the Harrison Richards office leveled with us, and honestly explained the situation without 'playing the blame game', and offered a concrete plan how they were going to remedy all the issues. As we found more broken items the longer we were living in the building, they were always quick to help us replace them or fix them, and were very accommodating whenever we expressed a concern. I have found that email is not always the best way to get in touch, but phone calls are always returned promptly, if not answered immediately in the moment. We have dealt mostly with Raegan from the time we looked at the unit as prospective renters until now, and she has been both professional, helpful, and friendly. I also like how they let us know if a maintenance person will be coming to our home, so we are never caught off-guard (you would think this is standard; having rented for many years, it unfortunately isn't). While we have not been living here long, the sheer volume of issues we have had that were promptly addressed give me confidence that no matter what problems could arise in the future, that this company will deal with them in a timely, but conscientious, fashion."

"We have lived here for over 2 years now. The management team is very professional, and are always quick to respond to maintenance requests. They typically provide advance notice when they plan to enter your unit or if common building maintenance is scheduled. I like knowing that I can reach someone in the office 7 days a week. While our unit is a bit older, I have seen some of the renovated units and they look very nice."
