Main Line Court is a walkable distance from Manayunk, in a quiet neighborhood and the apartment was good for us. Could probably use some upgrades in the apartment, but overall we would recommend."

"We had a great experience with Harrison Richards throughout our 3 years of renting from them. They were very responsive and helped out whenever we had an issue or needed assistance. The Hamlet was nicely renovated and in the perfect location. Within walking distance of Suburban Square and the Ardmore train station there isn’t much more you can ask for. With a location right across from Lower Merion HS, you have immediate access to acres of open grass for any activities or pets. You’re surrounded by anything and everything you could possibly need (food, entertainment, gym, groceries, etc), all within walking distance. Highly recommend renting from Harrison Richards, and more specifically, The Hamlet, right beside Suburban Square in the heart of Ardmore."

"Resident of The Hamlet property for 1 year but had to leave due to work out of state. Property was extremely clean and management team was very responsive. The apartment was spacious & modern and had no issues throughout our stay. Walls were really well built as there was little to no sounds heard from adjacent apartments. Other tenants were very friendly and the location of The Hamlet was very convenient. Would move back to The Hamlet if the opportunity presents itself again."

"I have had the pleasure of living in Montgomery Plaza and Main Line Village over the past 11 years and can honestly say that Harrison Richards is a wonderful leasing company who works with their tenants. They have been responsive to many requests over the years and made it a point to replace our heater and washer/dryer to keep the space in the Main Line great! The kitchen and bathroom spaces were updated prior to us moving in 4 years ago which makes the townhouse modern. Let’s not mention that the location is perfect as you can walk to Suburban Square with Trader Joe’s, many restaurants and public transportation. Main Line Village is close to many Mainline Colleges within the Lower Merion School District so this is a great location for anyone (college students, young professionals and families.) Overall, the value for your dollar is the best. You get so much in a safe neighborhood and that is what really mattered to me and my family!"
