"John is the on-site manager for the building and we have never had such an amazing experience living in an apartment before, especially with the consistency in management and going out of the way to make life pleasant. The building is also very solid with great sound control which I find far better than any other building between KoP and Philly. The building did start off with a negative view from the neighborhood due to a 10 year build which occupied much of the parking during that time. I noticed this has changed lately as everyone becomes aware of the new (much more than before) public parking space inside of the building. Also the entire neighborhood is great with a community all around and you can quickly become part of it as the people and businesses are very welcoming. Check out Normandy Park just down Cricket street or Linwood Park which the neighbors turned into such a great place from an old parking lot. Another important note is that this are is very safe and walking around at all hours is actually possible here. But let me say this; if John was ever to leave his post here, I would instantly rebel because he has helped make this place what it is for us."
