"My parents rented for over 7 years and the location, apartment size and staff was great. The apartment building is clean, walking distance from suburban square and trader’s joes. As my parents aged, the staff was accommodating, supportive and transparent in their ability to accommodate their needs. An added bonus were the neighbors especially on the 4th floor, who looked out for each other. If you are looking for a clean, convenient, good size 2 BR apartment, I highly recommend you check Montgomery Plaza in Ardmore."

"Location is perfect within easy walking distance to Suburban Square and the SEPTA station that goes directly to 30th St Station. We've been very pleased with the management at Montgomery Plaza. They are very responsive and prompt when we've asked something to be repaired or taken care of. The common spaces are all well maintained and lot parking is convenient with plenty of spaces. Also great neighbors!"

"My wife, daughter, and I rented here for a year and found the management to be responsive and helpful. We had our fridge die and they had it replaced within 12 hours. Building is clean and well maintained and noise levels were what you expect for living in an apartment. All tenants were very pleasant. The location is also great being so close to Suburban Sq. and Trader Joe's. The 2 bedroom unit we rented was a good size for a family of 3. I would give a 5 star review, but they will nickel and dime you on parking fees, parking passes and common utilities."

"My roommates and I lived at Montgomery Plaza for a year and only moved out due to a change in location. Management is great, they are quick to respond and you can tell they care about their tenants. The apartment was clean, recently renovated, and spacious and all appliances worked as they should. As expected with living in an apartment we occasionally dealt with a noisy neighbor but nothing that we hadn’t had at any prior apartment. The location is great with walking distance to several great restaurants, shops, and a Trader Joe’s and near neighborhoods which are great for running or walking. I would gladly live at a Harrison Richards property again."
