"I would like to send a recommendation for Paul the maintenance man how much you care and how much you do for the residence in Larchwood and also the property manager and the other maintenance guys that cares if you say you have a problem they will handle it Paul and Carlos is always on time and they make sure everything is is right I been living here for 7years things haven’t been right until Paul the maintenance man came and cleaned everything up how the last Property manager Esmeralda left it a mess"

You can't order packages cause they will be stolen. Been living here for 3 years, things were not like this at the beginning. "Getting in contact with management on the phone or email is impossible!. They Never answer it been months and no one yet answer or replied. What is the point of having a phone if no one will answer or follow up with your voice mail. Sad"

"Property manager is NEVER available. She doesn't return calls. It's like she doesn't care. She's just collecting a check. Please investigate her and maintenance for not doing there job"
